from SATURDAY after 2 p.m. (arrival) to SATURDAY before 12 a.m. (departure);planified on a weekly basis or multiples thereof. (Chalets and bungalows- arrival after 4p.m. and
departure before 9 a.m.)

INSCRIPTION: can only be considered upon receipt of the booking form confirming acceptance of the booking
conditions, not less than 5 weeks before arrival date. (Only one booking per booking form)

ALTERNATIVES: If your request does not correspond with our planning possibilities alternatives dates or type of bookings will be proposed.

AGREEMENT (or booking form) stipulates prices in vigeur at the time of the booking, the exact dates of the booking, the type of the booking, reservation fee and deposit required- and any eventual special conditions applied by the site.

YOUR BOOKING is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to another person. The booking is confirmed on receipt of deposit within the specified time. BOOKING FEES are not refundable

DEPOSIT required-25% of a total cost. CONFIRMATION of a deposit stipulates dates and type of booking.

CANCELLATION: one month prior ta arrival date.Refund,less cancellation fees, equivalent to one day of each week cancelled.

ARRIVAL: up to 4 p.m. the following day unless campsite is notified in writing or by telephone. CAMPSITE FEES should be paid upon arrival, in accordance with campsite regulations.

PREMATURE DEPARTURE: (in case of "force majeure" duly justified) refund less cancellation fess (see Deposit).

DEPOSIT: obligatory for all chalets and bungalows.

AN ANTI-RABIC VACCINATION CERTIFICATE SHOULD BE PRESENTED UPON ARRIVAL FOR ALL DOMESTIC ANIMALS.
